Cambria Hotel Louisville Downtown-Whiskey Row

Two short blocks from the baseball field. A newer hotel that was well thought out for today's living needs. Room was well lit and had plenty of power outlets of all types of input cables. Desk space was big and well located to see the TV. Bed was comfortable (probably too soft for my liking). Walk in shower was largest I've every used. Yay!

Location was great - walkable to Whiskey Row. The hotel restaurant was good for breakfast too - very tasty.

We ate at the bar late one night and it was very good. The sever was also very sweet and attentive. The rooms were super nice and plenty of room. I especially like having a place to sit beside just the bed and desk chair. Pool was cold and I told the front desk( everyone at desk was very nice) and it was warm next time I went.

Everything was excellent. Southern hospitality is such a wonderful experience that they should teach it in every business! (I work in a middle school with 150 kids for 20 minutes a day, this was refreshing!) It's just wonderful to be in an area where there is respect & kindness shown to everyone, as it should be!

It looks like they refurbished and older building into something really nice. Kind of had a European feel to it. The staff at check in and check out were super nice and very professional. The folks at Jackdaws were really nice and knowledgeable. Room was perfect for 2 and would be great for a business trip as well.
